Following last year’s successful cheese & wine evening the committee has decided to hold a similar event combining the club’s celebration of D-Day.    

Starting at 6.00pm with the Two Wood Triples match – this is a shorter game with 21 ends .  Please enter your name on the list in the home pavilion if you wish to play.  The usual £2.00 rink fee applies.

Followed by Cheese & Wine at 8.00pm Tickets for this event are on sale from any committee member.   The ticket price of £7.00 includes a large glass of wine with cheese & biscuits.   We have a good selection of wine but if you prefer a non alcoholic drink please let us know so that we can accommodate you.   No need to bring glasses.   This event is open to all our social members and friends.   This is a fundraising event. Please support it.

The dress code for the evening is “Red, White & Blue” – if you have a 40’s outfit by all means wear it!

Members are welcome to play the match without attending the Cheese & Wine and vice versa.   The list and tickets will be on sale from tomorrow, closing date for tickets Monday 17th June..
