Longthorpe Bowls Club Booking System

Rink bookings must be made by email up to seven days in advance.

Members must arrange their own games either as Singles, Pairs or Triples adhering to the social distancing rules.  A list of Members telephone numbers is attached.

One person should email Jackie with the rink request to include date, time and names of players.  In the event of non availability an alternative date is desirable.

The booking will be confirmed by email and entered on to a weekly timetable.  As we plan to open on Saturday 1^st August the week will run Saturday to Friday.  The timetable will be emailed to the membership on Fridays.  Timetables will be updated and emailed accordingly.

It is important that the Club knows who is playing and on what days; if a player changes or cannot play please email Jackie a.s.a.p.

If there are rinks available when the timetable is published please do not turn up at the green expecting to play, an email booking can be made on the same day if the rink is still available.

There is nothing to stop you playing more than once a week if the rinks are available.  Second bookings can only be made after the timetable has been published. Unfortunately; there is nothing we can do about bad weather!
